What if I received the item/s in an unusable condition (or it is damaged)?
- You will need to send us a proof (a picture or anything) that it was damaged and we will send you a new item and give a refund.
What if I received a wrong item/s?
- We will let you keep the wrong item/s and send you the correct item/s and give a refund after we have verified the issue.
What if my Item/s is/are lost in transit?
- We will replace and resend to you your ordered item/s or the package/s.
What if I found out late that I gave a wrong address?
- Inform us immediately. However, once the item/s is/are shipped already, we can give/resend the item/s to your correct address but you will have to repay for the shipping and handling fees.
What if I ordered the wrong item/s?
- You can return the item/s and exchange it with product of the exact same price or add the remaining amount if the new order will cost more. Or you can just re-order the same product and repay for shipping and handling fees. No refunds will be offered.
What if I ordered the wrong design or color or style?
- You will need to repay the shipping and handling fees to exchange it.
How do I track my order?
- You can check on your account’s Order History.
How do I cancel my order before I pay for it?
- You can go to your Shopping Cart and cancel your order. But once payment is already verified, no refund will be offered.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After it's shipped, average delivery times are two or three weeks. During the annual Chinese New Year (where some of our suppliers are located), delivery times can be up to four weeks. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.
